Filter Out All But Most Recent Entries

     Hello again,

I have a repeating table, and I am trying to limit the data queried to the most 100 or so recent entries.  I applied a filter for PrimaryKey <= max(PrimaryKey)-100, but this still shows all of the data, just with the filter icon beside the ones that did not meet the condition.  How can I make it so that they do not display?  Thanks for your help.

     Regards,

     SS

Where is the data coming from, and where is this filter that you're referring to?  If you're referring to a SharePoint list with 100+ items, then simply create a view only showing the most recent 100 items and create a data connection accordingly (for a rich client form).  For a browser-enabled form, create a custom view that only shows the most recent 100 items, and then create a data connection for the XML view of that view so that your form only pulls down what shows up in that view even in browser mode.
