How do I trigger a workflow to run with an InfoPath form?

My client is using WSS 3.0, I am using SharePoint Designer 2007 for workflow development and I am also using InfoPath 2007.
I created an approval form in InfoPath. The employee completes the form, clicks submit and the workflow needs to trigger the next action -- the routing of the form to the manager for approval. How do I make this happen?  Once the manager approves the form it needs to be routed to the client for their approval. Once approved, the form will be stored in a library on the SharePoint site.
I created one form with four views. How do I trigger the workflow.  I was able to publish it on our SP site.

Add a field in your form and set that field when you submit. Have the workflow trigger based on that field.

Of course you also have to setup the workflow correctly and approve it. Don't forget that. It should trigger forward automatically for newly submitted forms. The data field idea above is for more complex triggering (for example rejection). Of course, users can use the SharePoint form library too to change workflow state.
