Edit SQL in InfoPath Data Connection wizard

While using Edit SQL in InfoPath Data Connection wizard. Can a where clause in the Edit SQL in the data connection wizard in InfoPath takes a value from myFields/my:OfficeTitle?
    For example:
select "Title","Office" from "dbo"."Title" as "Title" where Office = I'm not sure if can be substitude by a parameter field that InfoPath would accept.
    Ram.

No. Passing parameters isn't supported. It's why we developed our Database Accelerator which is a Web Service that supports passing parameters. Free download available here: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/DBXL.aspx
