    XSN not a valid extension

I just installed Qdra 1.6 and am using Infopath 2007.  I created a simple form with 3 fields just as shown on the you tube video and saved it to disk (as .xsn). No code, no data source, just 3 simple text boxes. I closed infopath.

When I clicked on the INJECT button of Qdra after selecting the file, I get the error message: "Extension .XSN is not a valid InfoPath solution extension"

     What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you,

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues injecting qRules into your InfoPath form. If you can post your XSN file, we can check on this further and sort out what causes the error you're getting.

    Cheers!

    Hi Christiane,

I got the xsn file. I got the same error when I tried to inject qRules to the form template you sent. What I did was saved the file as Qdra.xsn (notice the "xsn" is small-caps). And then I successfully re-injected qRules. Please try this too. I'm sure that will work. I'm not sure though why it wouldn't if the extension is all-caps (i.e. .XSN).

Please let me know if you continue to run into issues.

     Hello Mel,

You were right, it now injects when the extension is small caps. I can go further. Thanks a million!
