Create a button in outlook that launches an infopath form?

Have a button in EVERY user's outlook that says "Sign Up". User clicks on Sign Up button and an Infopath form is initiated. On Submit, the InfoPath form starts a workflow and saves the data on a Sharepoint Server. Is this possible? How?
