I am creating a form that is an inspection report. The report has multiple line items that when checked it pops open an area for them to enter a description. After they enter in the description they would go to the next line item. I want on submit for the form to send multiple entries into the database. The problem I am having is that it is linked to a SQL database and rewrites the information every time. I tried to change the identifier for each submission, but it still overwrites. Is there any way to create one submit that enters multiple entries into a SQL database? I am using infopath 2003.
