Hello Dear Friends

This is My First Post in this forum. I have a problem with saving user names in the forms. I have a form that will be Opened More than once with different users. I have used function Username() to save the usernaes in the form . but I want it to change every tim that form is opened by any different user. it always save the username of the first time.

Please help me on this problem

Hi,

I think you are setting “Username” value when user name field is blank.

Just add “open Rule” to set the user name value. Don’t add any condition to that rule.

I have set a Rule in Open and Save Rules , to set the fields value. Every time the form is opened his/her username will be saved in the field.
