Update Publish location via command line (non-sharepoint)

We have a service that automatically uploads xsn templates to user's PCs from the server.

Therefore, we manually publish the xsn files to a local location first so xmls always reference the xsn on their machine e.g., c:\Program files\Customer Order Tool\BoxOrder.xsn

So everytime someone from our team makes a change to the form, we re-publish the form so it always references that local location.

We would like to automate the publish process.

It looks like there simply needs to be a tool that updates the manifest file and update the following attribute:
    <xsf2:share formName="ASTRO 25" path="c:\Program files\Customer Order Tool\BoxOrder.xsn" accessPath=""></xsf2:share>

I've seen several options and links but its not clear which would work besides the last one which is not desired
    1) http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/3988/53471.aspx#53471
    2) Using Downlevel Tool in InfoPath SDK
    3) Using Form Registration Tool (Regform.exe) which comes with IP2007.
    4) Change to cab, take out xsf, update attribute, place back into cab, change to xsn.

Will any of these tools help? Note these are fully trusted forms.

    thanks!

Don't grow old regretting the things you didn't do.
