Problems with an Access Data Connection

I created a simple form based on an Access DB. Both the form and the database are located on a network drive that my entire team has access to. I am able to input data in the form and submit to the DB without any problems, however when I when I tested it with another user he was able to open and fill out the form, but got an error when he clicked the submit button. The error details were:

"InfoPath cannot connect to the data source. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed."

He has access to the filepath of the database, so I'm not sure why he's getting an error. I designed the form in InfoPath 2007 (but saved the template as InfoPath 2003). He is using InfoPath 2003, so maybe that has something to do with it?

As an experiement, I tried creating the same form on his computer (using InfoPath 2003), connected to the same database and published to the same network drive. When I filled it out on his computer and clicked submit, it gave me an "ADO Security Warning" saying "The website is using your identity to access a data source." I clicked OK and the form data was submitted to the database successfully. I then went back to my computer and opened this form and was also able to submit data to the database.

So in summary, when I create the form on my computer (infopath '07) it works for me but my co-worker (infopath '03) cannot submit data to Access. However, when I create the same form on my co-worker's computer it works for him (although he get's a security warning) and it works for me.

Any ideas? I would prefer not to downgrade to InfoPath 2003 just so my forms will be usable by others in my department.

Have that user log into your machine using his Windows ID (full log off and log in) and see what happens when using IP2007 on your machine with his own Windows profile.  Then, you do the same on his machine using IP2003 with your own profile.
