Filtering a data connection using another data connection

I have 2 sharepoint lists: Departments and Business Units. Business Units list has a look-up field for the Departments on Department ID (i.e. a Department can have multiple Business Units).

What I'm trying to do is to display the Business Units for Each Department in a web enabled InfoPath Form. Here is what I've done so far:

I've created 2 data connections (Receive Data Connections to SharePoint Lists) to the Departments and Business Units lists. I then added a Repeating Section for the Departments Data Connection and in that Repeating Section I added another Repeating Section to display the Business Units. It displays the data alright (i.e. for each department it displays all the business units).

But here is the problem; It displays all the Business Units regardless of the Department. What I want is to filter the Business Unit Data Connection on the Department Look-up field according to the current value of the Department ID (Which is displayed in the Repeating Section). So each repeted section will list the Department and its corresponding Business Units.

I can't fuind a way to filter the Business Units Data Connection.

If someone can provide me a none-code way to do this one, it'll be great.

    Thanks for the link Madhuri,

But it has some limitations. The main problem is that the filters described in this article are not supported in the Browser compatibility mood, so I can't use it as it is a main requirement that the form has to be browser compatible.

The other problem is, I'm using a Repeated Section on the Secondary Data connection itself, I don't create fields and assign values to them from the data source. i.e. In the Data Source Task Pane, I select my Secondary Data Source from the dropdown list (i.e. Departments Data Source), Right click it and select Repeating Section with Controls, so it will render all the List Items when you open the form.

When I do it this way I cannot assign or filter values to the fields.

The repeated section has to be added this way because I need to display all the Items in the data connection when the user navigates through to the form. If there is an alternative way I can do this using controls in the Main Data Source, without user having to add repeating sections, please let me know. Otherwise I'm looking to filter a Secondary Data Source by a value of another Secondary Data Source.

    Thanks.
