Newb (of course). I've take a couple detailed status report templates and been able to modify them to fit my needs. Now, I am trying to find a questionnaire/survey that I can modify to meet my requirement. Having some trouble finding the kind of template that I can modify with my limited InfoPath skills.
I think it is conceptually simple. I want a template where the user selects their survey questions from a list of pre-defined available questions and then the selected questions are assembled into the survey that can be given to the survey taker. It is more of a selective checklist than a survey. The questions that are not selected would be excluded from the generated questionnaire. Does this make sense? Can anyone point me to a template that might accomplish this? Thank you for the help!
