    Reusing conditions on multiple controls

I need to apply the same set of conditions to multiple controls and it is very tedious and error prone to do this. Is there any way to easily apply a set of conditions to multiple controls so that conditional formatting can implemented consistently?

    TIA

    Hello,

You have to follow the below steps,

    1. First you have to add one set condtional formatting for one control.

    2. Select ‘the expression.." from first dropdown then it will change the complete condtion as expression format. You have to copy into one notepad.

    3. Same as select all other dropdown conditonl formatting using expression and copy into the same notepad. Between these condtional formatting you have add depends on your condition ‘and' or ‘or'.

    4. Combine these all expression in one single line in notepad and use this condtional formatting for every control in your form.

Note:This will work if you have different fields in same level otherwise we have to change the expression according xpath of the field.
