I am beating my head against the wall trying to do the following: I have created a browser based form that pulls data from SQL. What I need to do is have multiple fields populate based on entry into one field. For example, I would to select a Name from a drop down list and have other fields such as phone number, address etc automatically fill in for the selected name. I know this can be done, but it is presently escaping me.
Any help is surely appreciated.
