InfoPath Dev

Hello,
in my InfoPath form I have three Optiongroups. Each optiongroup has two fields:

field 1.1 - field 1.2
field 2.1 - field 2.2

field 3.1 - field 3.2

field 3.1 shall be activated if field 1.1 and 2.1 have the value of 1. It's no problem to set the value of field 3.1 in this case. The problem is that the field is not activated from users point of view - the small black dot is not there...
How can I activate the optionfield 3.1 so that it is also activated from users point of view? In other word: how do I activate the dot? :-)

1. Double Click on the Field1.1 to open properties window.
2. Click on Rules Button and Click on Add button.
3. Click on Set Condition.
4. Add below Conditions.
1. Field1.1 is equal to 1  and
2. Field2.1 is equal to 1
5. Click on ok.
6. Click on “Add Action” button.
7. Select “Set a Field value” from first dropdown.
8. Select “field 3.1” xpath from Field text box.
9. Enter “1” in the value field.
