My team is struggling with the following problem.  We have an IP2003 form that is used by Office 2003 and Office 2007 users and the form is located within a form libray on a MOSS 2007 SharePoint. 

We have the "include form as attachment" feature disabled for the Email Data Connections, but Office 2007 users are getting the entire form embedded within the email body.  We want to disable this for Office 2007 users because it makes the email size significantly larger and we have already have url links in the Subject line and email body that recipients can use to access the file within the SharePoint Form library.  Any one know how to disable the form from embedding within the email body?

I also faced the same problem in my project and I fixed this issue by switching to an empty view before sending the Email. So that no form will be embedded into the email body, only the content that you place will be displayed in the body of the email.

Thanks chandrakanth!  Your workaround solution solved this issue.  The only resulting issue is that now any Message Body text that we have designed as part of the email Introduction is not populating into the message body for Office 2007 users, but this is not a huge issue for my users.  They are much happier that they no longer have 3 - 8MB emails going around now.....your help was much appreciated  :)

Add only "Eamil introduction" field in the empty view which you have added recently. So that you can send only introduction text in the Email body.
