Hello,
Was wondering if there was a limit to how many connections a 2003 form can have. The reason that I ask this is I am trying to figure out why my form's submit buttons have stopped working correctly. Just yesterday, the form was working nicely with the Email data connections that I had. The 11 email data connections that I had all were going to me for the testing period. Once I edited all 11 email data connections to have the intended recipients of the emails along with concat expressions in the "Subject" and "Attachment" all the buttons in an area stopped working. It gives the very no so helpful error "Unspecified Error". The only thing that I did different to the form was the editing of these email data connections (I also added to more) that is the reason why I am asking this question. If there aren't limitations on how many connections a form can have, are there any other limitations of setting up email data connections? For example, the number of recipients in the "To" or "CC" or "Bcc".
Exact Error:
InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
Unspecified error
Strange Note: The buttons that are the issue work only if that button is the very first button clicked when the form is opened. However, it only works one time, which closes the form and I recieve the form via email. When I open that form via my attachment in Outlook and press additional email type submit buttons, they don't work and the error pops up. Obviously, this is an issue due to the flow of this form...the form gets filled out by a user who submits it via email, then a person assigns that form to a resource who then submits it to that person via email and so on.
Any help is appreciated.
