i am creating Poc(proof of concept in my company).i need to get the data from database and fill it to control and i will enter data other than filling control, i want to save to as xml in database.

like contactdetail,i will take the data from database contact details, i will enter extra course detail and i will send database. how to do it?. for poc i don't want to use dbxl.please tell me how do it?.

For receiving the data from database you have to take receive connection in InfoPath form then it will returns data.
