    Submitting to Sharepoint half working??

    Hello all,

A quick background as to my situation.  I have an infopath form which the user fills in various information and at the end e-mails off to the relevant people.  This is all very well and good.  Now on a lot of these forms a screenshot will be required but it's no good in the form.  The screenshot needs to be uploaded to the sharepoint site but without the rest of the info.  So what I initially did was create another form with a rich text box on & a submit button so they could paste the screenshot into the rich text box and then click submit.

     So:

User fills out form > Clicks button to add screenshot > this opens another form > Paste screenshot into rich text box > click submit > form uploads to sharepoint and closes returning user to original form to e-mail off.

There are six of us in the office that have tried this and it works for three of us but not the other three and I cannot work out why.

Can anyone help or come up with a better solution for an automated way of getting screenshots up to the sharepoint form library?

     Cheers

    Chris

    Hello,

You are able to submit the screenshot with one user and you are not able submit with another user right? Can you try once to submit whichever submitted screenshot by other user?

While submitting are you getting any error message?

    Thats right.

No because I have the submit option to show a success message.  We both get this same success message even though his doesn't upload.

What I have noticed is that when on the status bar is says "Submitting Form" mine takes a few seconds but his is almost instant.  So mine is obviously taking a second to upload it but his doesn't appear to be?
