    Publishing a form

    Hey guys,

Another newbie question... On that same form that I created on my desktop, when I publish to a document library on my team's sharepoint site, I can open, fill out the form and submit it. No one in my team can and instead, they get the following error message:

Forms that require the domain permission level contain features that access information on a network, such as data connections, linked images, and code.

Everyone has full control at the library level and the form level... It seems like I'm leaving something really obvious behind.

Let me know if anyone can help!

    Thanks,

    -Igor Santos

Hi,Make sure that the other people will have the permissions to access the links which are used to take data connections (Like,if it is a db connection, make sure they have permissions to access that db, ..).

From the form option, check "security and Trust" option.

Not sure but may need to make some change in it.

    HI,

Because of not having Full Trust to your InfoPath form when another opens the form is getting this message. So please follow the below steps for giving your form Full Trust.

    ·         Tools --> Form Options --> Security and Trust.

    ·         In Security Trust .Uncheck "Automatically Determine Security Level".

    ·         Check "Full Trust" check box.

    ·         Now check "Sign the Form Template" and click on "Create Certificate" and select your certificate by selecting "Select Certificate" and Click “Ok”.
