Hi Elena,

There are several ways of submitting data to a SharePoint list, but I can't say which one is best since each have their advantages and disadvantages, which is probably what you would want to check first. The method I am familiar with is the CAML method which you can find here, or you may want to check out qRules' SubmitToSharePointList command for an easy and codeless approach.
