I have big form, contains 3 sections. when I print this form, I will get 3 sections in 3 pages. Page numbers like, 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. If I filled large data into first section of the form and when I print the form. the first page will split into two pages and continue the next pages.The form page numbers should be print like, 1a of 3, 1b of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. How can i customizing the page numbers when I am trying to print. Is there any way to write code to specify page numbers. Please let me know the process.

If you want page numbers to print in the header or footer of the form when users print it, use AutoText codes in the Insert Header and Insert Footer dialog boxes.

• 1. On the View menu, click Header and Footer.
• 2. Click the Print Settings tab.
• 3. Under Headers and Footers, click Header or Footer.
• 4. In the Insert AutoText box, do one of the following:
• § To print the current page number in the header or footer, click Current Page.
• § To print the total number of printed pages in the header or footer, click Total Pages.

You can combine the Current Page and Total Page variables with static text. For example, to print "Page x of y" in the footer, where x is the current page and y is the total number of pages, type Page &p of &P in the Print form with this footer box. When the users print the form, footer text such as "Page 1 of 1" will appear in the lower-left corner of the form.

• 5. To test how your changes will look on the printed form, click Print Preview on the Standard toolbar.

We can't give per section like page numbers are different.
