design control: preferably drop down box for entering entire address

Hey guys. First let me say that I'm totally new to infopath and you will have to excuse my ignorance. I'm plant manager for a small manufacturing facility. Right now we create a bill of lading for outgoing shipments via microsoft word. This gets tedious because we have to save a separate bill of lading for each customer name to avoid having to re-type the name, address, etc (or copy and paste each time). Therefore, I have a TON of files named customername.doc. Well any time we would like to make a slight or major change to the bill of lading format we have to open each customer, and make the change and resave the file name HUGE pain!! For the actual items we are shipping we use controls such as drop down boxes which works perfectly; however, we have been unable to find a way to add a multi-line drop down box or list that could just be a customer name; but would input an entire address such as selecting "JOHN DOE" in a drop down would input this info:

    John Doe

    123 street

    your town, MS. 86043

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!!

     Hi,

We don't have multi-line drop down list in InfoPath. The text will be displayed in one line only. If we want to display larger text in drop down, then we have to increase the width of the drop down.

I understand that you can ad additional text by increasing the width of the drop down; however, I would like the ability to drop down the entire name and address of my specific customers. Is there no solution to do this? Is there a way I could put all the data say in a excel or word document and have the infopath file cross reference that document? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm not sure if I'm even making my inquiry clear. Thanks again!
