    Repeating Table (Populating data and filtering into sections)

    Hello all,

     I have a form I built that is using an Access database as a primary data source and a Sharepoint list as a secondary data source. My goal is to list audit items that are separated into three different categories but are being pulled from the same data source. I keep getting data control errors or binding errors saying the data cannot be repeateThis is what it looks like now:

    ECM Audit Report
    Deployment Date
    6/1/2008
     to
    [Enter Date]

     Project Folder:
    Director Name:
    Red (Over 48 Hours old)
    CR Number RFC Contact Workflow Status Deploy Date Update Fields

    Yellow (Over 24 Hours old)
    CR Number RFC Contact Workflow Status Deploy Date Update Fields

    Grey (Pending Status)
    CR Number RFC Contact Workflow Status Deploy Date Update Fields

    Workflow Status – Inappropriate; Production Verify or Closed status are appropriate
    1. Fill in the "Change Result - User Acceptance" text box with your production acceptance
    2. Change the workflow to "OnlOpRelMgmt"
    Deployment Status – Field Empty
    Missing Docs - Implementation, Rollback or Testing fields empty. If these fields indicate an attachment is present then the attachment field may be audited if empty.
    Missing Approval – Inappropriate approval based on level of severity (LOW = Manager, MED = Director, HIGH = CMRB)
    Inappropriate CM Status – Must state APPROVED; CANCELLED status is not valid on a CR that is Closed Deployed
    Priority – Field Empty
    Missing SIV Score– Field Empty

    For the field called CR number under I have the following formula listed:

    Red:

    @RFC_Number[(msxsl:string-compare(@Deployment_Date, startDate) >= 0 and msxsl:string-compare(@Deployment_Date, endDate) <= 0) and (contains(@Project_Folder, projectFolder)) and (contains(@Watch_List_Status, "Red"))]

    Yellow:

    @RFC_Number[(msxsl:string-compare(@Deployment_Date, startDate) >= 0 and msxsl:string-compare(@Deployment_Date, endDate) <= 0) and (contains(@Project_Folder, projectFolder)) and (contains(@Watch_List_Status, "Yellow"))]

     Grey:

    @RFC_Number[(msxsl:string-compare(@Deployment_Date, startDate) >= 0 and msxsl:string-compare(@Deployment_Date, endDate) <= 0) and (contains(@Project_Folder, projectFolder)) and (contains(@Watch_List_Status, "Grey"))]

    Basically the same formula but I have a filter setup to only show those items coded under that category. The problem is that only one record is showing for each entry and I would like it to pull all items. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hello Welcome to the Forums,

    It seems your formula is correct for repeating section. But you are applying this formula for under repeating section field called ‘CR number'. Then that formula is not works for this and it will display for only first row.

    For this you have to change the binding of section to repeating section node and apply your formula then it works.
