I have a simple form that is attached to a flat access database. The database is only used to gather what the user submits to the 20 questions that I have set up as bellow.

Is their any way to hide questions that I have added into a table? I can hide the 5 option buttons to the question through conditional formatting but I can’t seem to hide the table.
I want the each question to when answered the next one is displayed.
