Hi,I need to create a form. Then integrate it to MOSS. Form should send information to Document library (as form) and to List (as items).I have 7 text fields, couple of drop-down lists and also a few option buttons. The problem with drop-down list and option buttons. I need to fill columns up in List with information from these controls.
Does anyone know the way how to do it?
