Error submitting a form to SharePoint document library

I have created a form which has a submit button. The submit button submits the form onto the specified document library.  I have been testing this for a while. When I first start testing it, it works completely, and I will submit three forms in a row.  Then, about an hour later, having changed NOTHING on the form, I can now no longer submit forms, getting this error:

The form cannot be submitted to the following location: <document library link>

The site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable.

    Unspecified error

This has been persisting for the last hour or so, now. I also can't open the form from the web page, which I COULD do when it was working.

    OS: Windows 7, 64-Bit

    InfoPath 2007

    Sharepoint 3.0

As an example, I have been trying to submit forms periodically. For some reason, it WORKED. I submitted a form and it uploaded successfully. Now I can't open it to edit (I CAN save the document, and open it that way) and re-submit the form. It just seems to randomly decide to work, and then immediately not work again.

Today as soon as I got into work, I deleted the SharePoint library and created a new one from my InfoPath form. I am positive that the submit function works, because after doing this, I submitted 2 forms, then opened them from SharePoint, edited them, and re-submitted them. When I went to submit a third form, I got the same error as above. I don't understand how this could work one second, and not work the next. The server is still available, because I have been pinging it the entire time.

EDIT: Also, it is definitely connecting to the website, because it asks me for my login information.
