Here's what I want to do. Bind 5 different date controls to one data source value. Here's the problem, I want each of them to show the date different.

For example, if the date is May 21, 2008, then the values in each control would be the following:

Control 1) May 21, 2008
Control 2) May
Control 3) 2008
Control 4) 05-21-2008
Control 5) 21

 Is there anyway to achieve this?

You could use expression boxes and the substring functions to parse the same date 5 different ways

Or have an additional field for each and then bind a control to each alternate field. You can use some of the date formatting but otherwise just text and use substrings to get what you want.
