Scrolling Region Issue

Hi everyone, I am having a problem with scrolling regions. I have an IP 2007 project with multiple views, and on each view I have a scrolling region with various different controls. Whenever I switch views, the scrolling region scrollbar will go to where it was on the previous view rather than to the top of the new view. Is there any way of fixing this issue? Also, is this a known bug?

I believe I have figured out the cause for the issue. It appears to be a focus issue.
