InfoPath Dev

Hi All,

I have infopath form hosted in other web application, which is hosted on some other server.

Scenario here is user logins to Parent application using and clicks on some  link to open Infopath form hosted on Sharepoint server. Now i want to display the user id which has been used by user to login the Parent application on the Infopath form.

 I tried userName() but it is giving me Sharepoint user id instead of Parent login id.

You might want to take a look at our Active Directory Web Service - it's a very helpful tool for this sort of problem.

It's a standard web service so it works in InfoPath and in other applications.

Thanks Ted for suggestion,

but we dont want to use any middle layer service, and our application would runnig on across the domains.

Please suggest any formula(not code) which i can use to get the username of parrent web application
