I have a few Infopath forms in my SharePoint environment that submit to an email address when the end user clicks the submit button on the form. Just recently, I've noticed that when I click submit on the form, I receive a javascript error in my browser (I'm using IE8). Here's the error details:

Any idea as to what would cause this? There hasn't been any changes on the SharePoint server or any layout changes. This is happening on multiple PCs so I know it's not just me. Has anyone out there seen this before?
