Ok, here's a new, slightly more specified thread than my last one. Has anyone created a secondary data connection using a web service that require some sort of input parameter? Web services with no input parameter such as GetUserCollectionFromSite work just fine, but when I try to call for example GetUserCollectionFromRole the service wants a RoleName as input when setting up the connection. I provide "Reader" as I want the service to collect all users belonging to the site group "Readers". When running my project I get the error message :"InfoPath contacted a datasource but failed to retrieved data. The form will load without the requested data."
Any help will be greatly appreciated as I've spent way too much time on this already..
