Sending multiple emails using one data connection

I am trying to use one data connection to populate the "To:" field with multiple email addresses.  The addresses will be based on the users selected in one of three drop down boxes.  In other words, up to 3 approvers can be selected from 3 different drop downs.  Upon clicking a button, the form will automatically send the emails.  The problems that I am having is that I can't seem to find the syntax to have multiple email addresses in the "To:" field.  Any suggestions?

    Hi

Could you set groups up for your approvers in Exchange, that way when the approvers changed, you would add and remove from the group.

Also, you could set a couple of admin emails that more than one person could have access to.

     I hope this helps

If you have the email addresses in your data source, it is pretty simple you just need the syntax correct.

When creating the data connection, on the email properties, use the formula buton on the right of the To: line and enter a formula to concatenate the email address string.

    concat(email1, "; ", email2, "; ", email3)

The entry needs to be formated just like Outlook or any mail would, each address seperated with a semi-colon, I believe the space is optional.

This would create an email that would be sent to the three dynamically.  Obviously the formula could have filtering, etc to ge tthe emails of the users selected.

     Hope this helps.
