Hello,

I have a form communicatiing with a sharepoint list and I have some trouble extracting the yes/no values from that particular list.
I am using both radio buttons and checkboxes in order to be able to display values for a particular item.
I noticed that sharepoint stores the yes/no fields as equal with -1 when selected (yes) and 0 when no is selected.
However if I have my checkboxes to store text(string) type data with the value of 0 when not selected and -1 when selected, the form will submit data correctly to the sharepoint list but not display any of the values stored in the yes/no fields !
I can't understand why this is happening.
Could you please help me with this?

Hello Monica,

For the checkbox controls in your form you should be able to specify which value is used for TRUE and which value is used for FALSE. The default is the xml-compliant "true" and "false", but you can change these to whatever you want from the checkbox control properties dialog (just double-click the control in the designer).
