Hi, I am working on a Performance Review Form for mid-year review and year-end review. There are some Rich Text box place holder for comments. i would like to make it read only after mid year review and when I type comments for year-end review. is that possible?

You can achieve this by using conditional formatting on the rich-text boxes.
