    Infopath 2007 to 2003

Hi, I created Infopath 2007 form and published on sharepoint site. All 2007 users are able to use the form. However, Infopath 2003 users are getting errors.

When I try to save the 2007 template as 2003 template, then I got design errors.

"Code Language and/or OM version is not supported'. I am not sure what am I supposed to do now.

    Please help

Yes, you can't just save it with 2003 compatibility and expect it to work.  Saving it as 2003 means it can only have things that were available if you built it in IP2003, which removes all the benefits of using 2007.

All of your users should be on the same version of Office.  If not, that is an organizational problem that must be addressed.  If you are going to be required to accommodate older versions of Infopath, then you're going to have to remove all that functionality from your form that isn't supported in 2003.  For one, the object model is different, so any code written would have to follow the 2003 object model.

If you have MOSS Enterprise, then you can switch to browser-enabling your forms so that all users can access the full 2007 version without even having to have InfoPath.

Is there anyway to pinpoint the problem so that I can delete the code whatever is not supported in 2007?

    Thanks

Isn't all of your code for the form written using the 07 object model?  The error does reference the OM of the code not being supported.  I don't know what all code you have, but you'll need to go to Tools > Programming and ensure the Form template code language is set to C# (InfoPath 2003 Compatible) or Visual Basic (InfoPath 2003 Compatible), depending on what you're using.  Then, you'll have to make sure all your code is written in the 03 object model.
