Hi,

 I have form with a lot of Numeber fields and when they published to form library I am not see the numbers with commas......

Can anyone please help me on this as ealry as possible?

I am guessing that your data types are integer?

 I just created a simple form, and integer does not show place holders, but double (decimal) does.

Can you verify 'Use adigit Grouping symbol' check box is checked or not. to verify that follow the below steps.

1. Open the properties of your field.

2. Click on Format button.

3. Check for 'Use adigit Grouping symbol' check box. Check this check box.

Hope this will solve your problem
