Hello:
I have a form with a text box called short description.
I want the form when opened and filled out to save the form using the text in the text box Short description. The form is in sections so that the sections open in progression when a previous section closes based on user information. The text will change for each form because the user entering data into the form will discribe the problem in short description, generally 2 to 5 words.

Any suggestions.

I'm not exactly sure what you want here. Are you looking for a "comment history" for each form? If so, this is not exactly easy but it comes out-of-the-box with our DBXL product. You can download and try it for free from here: http://www.qdabra.com/products.asp?cat=11

I guess the best way to describe what I want to do is simply say I want the Text in the text box Short Description to be the name of the form and does not give the option of changing the name after the first save.
