InfoPath Dev

My form contain Data Connection to a web service that return values of specific column in my sql server data case table.

I use this Data connection for set values for Drop Down list in my form.

When I open the form i get this error
"
The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be initialized: SelectAreaCodesPhone
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: SelectAreaCodesPhone
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
Access is denied
"

What is the problem???

Hi,
This Looks like the user doesn't have full rights. What is the security level for the form? (in Designer, go to Tools->Form Options->Security)
