SharePoint - InfoPath Integration - Organization

    Hello,
I have been reading through forums for the past 3 days and can not find an answer to this so I hope someone can help out.

I have 25 different forms that are used during the project lifecycle. Each time a new project is open they create a SharePoint site from a template that I am working on developing.

    My questions/issues

    1. How can I organize these forms so they do no have to be in 25 different form libaraires
    2. How do I make the form save to the project site it was submitted on instead of the template site.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thank You!

    Hi !
At first I doubt if I underestand your question correctly !
you mean u have 25 different sharepoint site ?
    ----
I think if u want to have 25 different forms in onle library , you'd better to create one form library (from sharepoint) and then upload these forms to it .
but in this way u should always fill a same form and submitt it ...
I think If u changes the address of site and form library to the project site , form could be saved on that project site ...
Hope this could be helpful !

    Hi Derrickgh and welcome,

Navid correct if the forms are all the same. If the forms are not the same, you cannot publish them to the same form library. Each form library can only have one form associated with it. If the forms are the same, but you want to separate out the views, just create 25 different views.

SharePoint 2007 supports site collections so that you don't have to have one form associated with one form library. You can have a library with multiple forms in it, but I'm assuming you are on ShP 2003.

To publish multiple InfoPath forms into a single SharePoint library requires SharePoint 2007. This is a new feature of SharePoint which allows you to have multiple types of forms/documents in a single library. I think you need to use content types to accomplish this, but my memory here is a little rusty.
