    Query (InfoPath, Sharepoint)

    We need help.
We use Sharepoint and we keep all of our InfoPath files in a list from the sharepoint form library.

Our problem is that we need to do a query search when we click on "upload files" from the sharepoint website.

We used a repeating table to show the query results, but the last entered form in the library appeared.

How do we get all the forms in the library to show in the repeating table?

    Hi WeNeedHelp,
Sounds like a filter issue. Are you using a SharePoint List Adapter? If you can only see one, it's probably an issue of adapter setup. The most common problem is that it limits the list to 100 since htat is default list size for form lib. I'm guessing this isn't your problem, but to change this go to Modify Settings and select the Default View. Scroll down to bottom of page and check the default number of items shown. This defaults to 100. Make it 1000. Close InfoPath and try again.

For the repeating table issue, my guess is that you don't have the SharePoint list adapter configured correctly. Please look at the properties for the repeating table and make sure you are using a SharePoint List Adapter and that it points to the right site and has no filtering.

    Good luck!
