    The Web Service Tutorial

    Matt Faus has the InfoPath <> WSSWebService tutoral here:

    http://infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=7bc880f391b84ea9b3b45c6fbecc07c6

    Everything seems to be okay except the submit button. On submit I get the following error. It says my list does not exist but I dropped the GUID into the ListName field per the instructions.

    Any Ideas?

    JK

    The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

    Exception of type Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException was thrown.
    <detail>
    <errorstring xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">
    List does not exist

    The page you selected contains a list that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user. Click "Home" at the top of the page to return to your Web site.
    </errorstring>
    <errorcode xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">0x82000006</errorcode>
    </detail>

    Hi ncjks and welcome to the forum!

    Please see this thread:http://infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1757

    Some other people where getting this same error, and I think the problem was fixed by correcting the column GUIDs in addition to the list name GUIDs.
