Are there any good tutorials in setting up InfoPath forms and integrating them into Sharepoint Services?

Cookbook approach.

Chapters 2 and 10 in my book have tutorials on this integration and Chapter 9 is devoted to SharePoint. What is your integration scenario?

Does your book cover the SP1 and SP2? As a newbie I have been advised to ask.

I believe the book was written before SP1, but most of the concepts should still apply. Only specific steps might be a little out-of-line with updates.
