Computer used to design forms died

The computer I used to design and publish a couple IP forms 'crashed' out--as in I need to rebuild it.

If I try to open the forms using a different computer, it does not give me the option to design the forms, only open for use.

Is there a way to design and re-publish from a different comuter?--this would save me from having to recreate the forms from scratch.

    Regards,

    Hi Rob,

You should be able to republish these form from another computer without problem.

Are you sure the forms are "read only" for some reason after you recovered them from the old computer?

Did you also try to right click with your mouse on the form and choose "design"?

    Hello

Do you have the manifest.xsf or the Solution file with you.
or are you just trying to open using the xml file?

If you are able to open the form on another computer then try clicking the "Design this Form" button in the tool bar. If that's available then it will open the form in the designer and you can immediately save it. Where did you publish the form?
