    ODBC Connect for SQL Server?

We have built a starting InfoPath form that places data into SQL server tables. If I run fill out the form from Share Point and submit, my tables are properly updated. I have an ODBC connect on my PC to allow me to access SQL Server so I can develop. If I test with a user without the ODBC connect and they try to submit in SharePoint they get a failure that the database cannot be found.
Do I need to have an ODBC on each PC or is there some other way to allow a user access via SharePoint so that the forms can be submitted?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I have one question for you to answer for this forum.

How are you taking the SQL server connection using ODBC connect(what you mentioned above)and submitting the forms to that data base using code or simply using a main data connection?

Becuase I didn't get any problem while fillout a form from the sharepoint site (on other PC which doesn't have SQL server/ODBC Connect) and submit it to a database.

    Uma,
Thanks for the clarification. We are using main data connect and not using code to access SQL server.

Hooray!!! The issue is solved. We forgot to put the user in with the proper permissions to the database and tables. DUH!!!!
    Thanks,
More questions will follow as we progress through this.
