I think all is in the title but is it possible to make this with a c# code? or I have to try to make a xsl:choose in the View.xsl?

Umm... Don't you just select the node using the C# funtions and then when you get the Node object of the textbox do

myNodeObject.text = "new placeholder value";

so I have make this: an xpath expression link to a secondary datasource near my field!
