How do i insert the value of a text box into the code?

EmailAdapter oEmail = (EmailAdapter)thisXDocument.DataAdapters["Email Submit"];
oEmail.To = "[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]";
oEmail.Subject = "Submission 1";
oEmail.Intro = "This was submitted by (value4)";
oEmail.Submit();

You need to build the string first. Use selectNodes() to get the list of values and then step through them and build up a string with all of the values in it. Then assign that string to oEmail.To.
