Is there any way to remove the "widgets" form the repeating table.
ie Cut, Paste, and copy.

I am trying to allow only insert data and not delete items.

There ar built-in controls that allow you to control shortcut menus disabling all of the REMOVE Rows options
however the Cut options is still enabled allowing users to still delete from the table.

One way is to turn off the insert/delete functionality altogether and use buttons to accomplish what you want. Look into the ExecuteAction method in the InfoPath help and in the forums/newsgroups for help on this.

Other than that, there is no way to get rid of that widget.
