    return element to nillable="true" state

    As an example (omitting some attributes etc for brevity- element is type integer):
    <my:number nillable="true"></my:number>
    user enters "99"
    <my:number>99</my:number>
    Button "Reset" is pushed and I want to:
    Write the managed code (vb.net) that will return the above to:
    <my:number nillable="true"></my:number>

    Thanks Tim

    Hi Tim,
    Welcome to the board! This is an often heard request. I believe there is a VB.net example in our book that shows how to add the nillable="true" attribute back. Do you have the book?

    No I have not. It is not one I have seen on the shelf to browse. I see it is available through amazon though. Tim
