My form is working well, and 6 months after the last submit a form load rule makes any opening from the "display" webpart, so editing is locked. I'd like to create a back door for supervisors to re-open editing. On my display form I have a picture button which opens an 'office use only' view, where I was hoping more picture buttons would set the field 'lastEntry' to "today", submit, and close the form.
None of that works. The office use view is not set to 'read only' but it is still open from the 'display' webpart, and my picture buttons with their rules cannot set fields or submit.
Any ideas for getting this working, or for a better back-door into editing?
