InfoPath Dev

Hi, I have Infopath 2013 (not online) and am trying to add 3 different attachment control over my Inforpath form. So the problem is that i am not bale to find the control that says "File attachment" . Is this a limitation over Infopath 2013 ? how do i add the control. i saw something over the internet called (Infopath add-ins) but i don't want to use any 3rd party tools to alter my Microsoft product. the problem is if i drag the attachment field into my form (attach 1, attach2, attach3) , run the form and add some attachment , the attachment will be duplicate . see screen shot included.

This is a SharePoint list form - it has an attachment field that is included by default but you can't add other attachment fields. You'd have to start with a normal, blank InfoPath template.
